Welcome to Scatter Travel. I’m Debbie Gerber here with another Quick Travel tip. Here we are with the ice bucket. Ice buckets are going to be our new best friend in the hotel.
Scatter Travel has some wonderful tips for you. This is going to be one of the new fun ones. What do you do with the ice bucket in your hotel? Well, you go get ice. You take your little baggie and go down to the ice machine and you get some ice in it and then you bring it back. Now plop it into in your ice bucket. Now you have ice to keep things cool. But don’t keep things between the two of you too cool on your vacation.
What are some practical uses for it? Let’s say you have a hotel room that does not have a fridge and you have medication that has to be kept cool. You put it in the bottom of your ice bucket and put your ice in on top of it and now you’ve got refrigeration for that.
Same thing if you’ve got a child with baby bottles or things for the child to keep cold. Then there is your juice, your water bottles and your canned pop to keep cool. It can be used to keep all kinds of things cold.
Now this is ice bucket is a fancy one. They come in all sizes. You’ve got the big square ones that hold more or the fancy little ones like this.
Another use for it is to keep milk cool. Let’s say we want to cut down on some costs on our vacation. Let’s bring some cereal. They have the little boxes of cereal for breakfast but you have to have milk. Usually you don’t want to get up in the morning and go get it so get it down at the cafeteria in the hotel or get it at the little store next door and put it in your ice bucket overnight and it will keep it cool. In the morning you have milk for your breakfast.
One other use is let’s say you are in a hotel and it catches on fire this is a good fire bucket. You get your water to put out the flames. Who knows you might have flames of love in your room right here. Don’t use the bucket to put out the flames. Fan the flames, fan the flames.

refrigeration for that.
00:00:57.2,00:00:58.933
