Another fun thing we like to do is take pictures that look like an optical illusion. This one was in Bryce Canyon. I got low enough with the camera that when Gaylan jumped you couldn’t see the ground.

I took another one of my granddaughter holding a tree. I did extend the trunk of the tree in Photo Shop so it sat in her hand.

Here is our weekly dilemma – can we get everything we need to go to the cabin for the weekend into the back of the BMW. Gaylan is pretty good at packing!

A far-off concept to many foreign travellers is Adventure travel. Attending a convention in Atlanta Georgia we took a day trip to Cleveland and Helen Georgia. In Cleveland we visited Babyland the home of the Cabbage Patch Doll and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Alpine village Helen is a recreation of a Baverian Villiage in the mountains. Highlights if Helen are shopping, seeing the Bavarian shops, river rafting the Chatahoochee River, visiting the Habersham Winery in Nacoochee Village. Cabbage Patch dolls are the American Girl Doll of 1970s-80’s Ice cream is a tradition of the Gerber Family. People all over the globe love to travel. We travel for different reasons like business, relaxation, education or recreational purposes.
