Welcome to Scatter Travel I am Debbie Gerber here with another quick travel tip.

When I come into my hotel room I start looking around. I look in the closet. There is usually an iron and an ironing board which is fairly standard at least in the USA and of course a place to hang your coats but there is usually a safe in there too.

In the closet there are little racks that fold out to be a stool for your luggage. If you are not the kind of traveler that puts you belongings into the hotel drawers as soon as you get in then you will love this little fold out rack. Putting your suitcase on the suitcase stool puts it within reach without having to get down on the floor. It makes things much more convenient.

I accidently found the safe a little later. There was a large drawer in the nightstand between the beds. Usually if you open that drawer it is where you will find the Bible. But this time it hid the safe.  To use the safe in this hotel you run your credit card through the reader on the safe and then enter a code of your choice. When you want to open it later you enter the same code that you put in earlier and it will open. Thus you are the only one that can get into the safe.
